ICQA Lead, Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA)

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for shift execution and supervising the team in the Fulfillment Center. You will work closely with managers and line operators to ensure the department meets and exceeds customer expectations, while maintaining safety and quality standards. Your role includes creating an engaging work atmosphere, addressing operational barriers, and adjusting the shift plan for الأخير‑minute changes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate ownership, lead by example in safety and quality, and develop subject matter expertise in all operational processes of their assigned department.

Responsibilities

• Create and cultivate a safety culture by identifying safety opportunities across your work area
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled per quality guidelines
• Continuously provide critical shift information to frontline management and operators
• Adjust labor alالموقع within the assigned department throughout the shift per the latest plan
• Drive proactive actions from the manager to remove barriers impacting performance
• Engage with support functions and other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas such as process readiness, 5S, safety, training
• Support customer order fulfillment by working directly within your department
• Deliver coaching and feedback to line operators regarding productivity, quality, and safe behaviors
• Develop subject matter expertise on all operations processes in the assigned department

Basic Qualifications

• Very good command of the local language (spoken, listening, writing)
• Good communication skills
• Analytical skills to identify root causes, predict issues using data and KPIs
• Proactive problem‑solving and hands‑on approach
• Ability to learn new skills, adapt to changes, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience coaching or leading a team
• Relevant experience with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting
• Minimum intermediate level of English

Preferred Qualifications

• Orientation toward detail and precision
• Deep dive into operations processes and develop ideas for process challenges
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
• Inventory & Quality Assurance Management experience
