We are looking for candidates who understand the Oracle HRMS process and have wide experience of at least 12‑15 years of Oracle HRMS on‑premise implementation. Candidates must work independently on production issues and all new enhancements, and possess strong knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS Core HR, SSHR, OTL, Payroll, Compensation, Learning Management, and Fast Formula.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand HRMS processes.
• Work onsite in Riyadh.
• Good to have experience from the Middle East and banking domain.
• Document as per OUM methodology.
• Unit test developed components and coordinate with stakeholders/testers for SIT/UAT.

Knowledge required:

Functional Modules:

• Oracle EBS On‑premise Payroll (must).

Technical Details:

• Oracle SQL, PLSQL (must).
