Description

Main Responsibilities: 


• Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner. 


• Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions. 


• Partner directly with the Finance team and central FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews. 


• Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights. 


• Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization (THC). 


• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. 


• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization. 


• Support decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance. 


• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting and ensure efficiency and accuracy by performing scientific methods. 


• Create, maintain, and manage variance analysis reports and financial models. 


• Analyze actuals against budget/ forecast and prior year and come up with best possible solutions. 


• Lead real-time financial performance monitoring to ensure the governance is followed. 


• Escalates any financial issues to management, evaluate the risk level and recommend best solutions. 


• Conduct and complete market research and comparable الشركة analysis to help THC to be المنصبed in a healthy financial status.


• Recommend strategies for increasing financial performance by conducting various analysis and studies. 


• Prepare and present detailed periodic financial reports to management that supported by financial analysis and forecasting. 


• Perform ad-hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making. 


• Perform analysis of revenue performance and growth, profit and loss reports, operating variances, revenue reports and key performance indicators. 

Leadership 


• Monitor staff achievements, perform periodic performance appraisals, and provide guidance, coaching or training to direct reports in performing their delegated duties. 


• Optimize the use of personal and team time/effort in carrying out assigned duties, to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality. 


• Ensure continuous monitoring of trends in the market and provide advice to leadership on potential initiatives. 


• Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.

Qualifications: 


• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or any related field. 


• Master's degree is preferred. 


• Relevant Professional Certification (CPA, CMA, SOCPA etc.) is preferred.

Experience & Skills:


• 7 years of experience in FP & Analysis or any similar role.


• General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles.


• Experience developing financial reports and metrics. 


• Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels. 


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment. 


• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.


• Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture. 


• Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication. 


• Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization
