1. Financial and Accounting

• Work together with Group FSSC team to maintain Saudi JV finance book and ensure the accounting entries comply with Saudi Accounting Standards (SOCPA)
• Assist Group FSSC team to complete JV month-end closing process in time and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Saudi SOCPA
• Implement financial internal control procedures in JV to ensure the compliance and mitigate financial risks
• Timely communicate with sales team and customers to ensure AR balance to be settled in time
• Perform the inventory and fixed asset counting and perform the root cause analysis if there is gap between physical inventory and finance record
• Support local business team to provide finance support and data analysis
• Perform the cost analysis based on the guideline from group
• Complete the ad hoc tasks from Group

1. Tax and Compliance Management

• Work together with tax agent to submit monthly/quarterly/annually tax filing and ensure JV tax transactions and filing are in compliance with Saudi General Authority of Tax and Customs (ZATCA) regulations
• Assist Group FSSC team to complete group finance audits and work with local external auditor to complete local annual statutory audit
• Monitor the Saudi localization ratio per Saudi government requirements
• Ensure financial records and supporting documents are maintained in compliance with the requirements of the Saudi finance regualtions

1. Treasury and Banking Management

• Prepare cash flow forecasts and funding plan
• Manage SIDF loan application and repayment if any
• Liaise with local banks
