Your role Maintain FM documentation including contracts, reports, and compliance records. Track work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor activities. Assist in preparing reports related to FM performance and KPIs. Coordinate internal communications and documentation between teams. Support audits, inspections, and compliance tracking. Ensure proper filing and data management of FM records. About you Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline. Minimum 4 years experience in administrative or coordination roles. Strong organizational and document management skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
