Required to join an established Facilities Management & Construction الشركة in المملكة العربية السعودية. The Assistant Contract Manager will assist in managing the contract ensuring the maintenance plan and schedule for each facility/ building is meeting targets. You will act as a liaison between the client and contractor / subcontractors ensuring
Applicants should meet the following criteria
A degree in engineering or business-related field with at least 5 years related experience
A proven track record in overseeing and guiding activities of contractors and Subcontractors' personnel to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of the work defined in the Contract relating to all Facility Services.
An excellent knowledge of Hard & Soft Services within large scale commercial facilities
Be fluent in conversational and written English.
