About the Role

The role involves assisting in various tax compliance tasks, ensuring adherence to regulations, and supporting the finance function in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist in verifying vendor invoices to ensure compliance with input VAT regulations and ZATCA e-invoicing requirements.
• Assist in preparing VAT and WHT returns under supervision.
• Support the review of الشركة documents and transactions to ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations.
• Assist in preparing responses and schedules for tax audits and inquiries.
• Maintain organized tax records and documentation to support compliance and reporting requirements.
• Provide general support to the finance function, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Ambitious, eager to learn, and proactive in supporting the tax and finance function.
• Experience (1–2 years) in KSA tax compliance or accounting.
• Basic understanding of Saudi tax and zakat regulations, including VAT, WHT, and ZATCA e-invoicing requirements, with willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Arabic.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
