Mandatory requirements

1. Strong knowledge of SEO, Ads, CustomerAcquisition strategies
2. Experience with Marketing Analytics andReporting

Purpose of Job

Drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth through the execution and optimization of end-to?end digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on cards and retail banking products. The role combines hands‑on delivery, performance marketing, and data‑driven optimization, supporting broaderclient growth initiatives.

TASKSCore Responsibilities and Accountabilities1. Campaign Strategy & Delivery

• Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (ATL / TTL / digital)
• Lead cards acquisition and product growth campaigns
• Define targeting strategy using segmentation and A/B testing
• Support go-to-market activities for new and existing products

2. Performance Marketing & Optimization

• Manage and optimize campaigns across:
• Paid search (Google Ads)
• Display & programmatic channels
• Social media platforms
• Track and improve key metrics:
• Customer acquisition
• Conversion rates
• Cost per acquisition (CPA)
• Return on marketing investment (ROMI)

3. Media Planning & Budget Management

• Develop and manage media plans and budget alالموقع
• Optimize spend across channels to maximize performance
• Coordinate with external media and creative agencies where required

4. Data Analysis & Insights

• Monitor campaign performance and produce actionable insights
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation
• Deliver campaign performance reporting and dashboards
• Drive continuous optimization based on data insights

5. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with.....

• Product and cards business teams
• Sales and distribution teams
• External partners and vendors
• Support alignment between marketing campaigns and business objectives

Knowledge and Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in:Digital marketing,Performance marketing andCampaign management
• Experience in banking, fintech, or cards marketing preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
  o Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
  o Social media advertising platforms
  o Media buying and planning
  o Customer acquisition strategies
• Experience with:
  o Campaign optimization
  o Audience targeting and segmentation
  o Marketing analytics and reporting
