Role Description:

The DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment, high availability, and integration with external systems. The DevOps Engineer supports development teams by managing environments and enhancing the reliability and scalability of the systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure efficient code integration and deployment.
• Manage and automate infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using tools such as Docker, Linux, and Terraform.
• Set up, configure, and maintain development, staging, and production environments, ensuring their stability and readiness.
• Work closely with finance, operations, HR, IT and project team to align data definitions and reporting needs.
• Integrate with external systems such as SAP and identity providers (SSO/IAM).
• Securely manage environment access controls, configuration secrets, and system parameters.
• Collaborate with Backend and QA teams to align deployments with technical requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Network Engineering or related field.
• hands-on experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-based infrastructure management.
• Strong scripting and automation skills, including but not limited to: Backend development using NestJS, Proficiency in JavaScript, Experience with PostgreSQL databases, Managing monorepos using NX, Version control using Git and GitHub.
