Type: Full Time

The Department of Management and Marketing is seeking potential candidates holding a PhD degree, for research and teaching purposes preferably in one of the following specializations:

  • Administrative Communications
  • Marketing
  • Commercial Law
  • Management
  • Organization Theory
  • Organization Behavior
  • Human Resources Management
  • Strategic Marketing
  • Consumer Behavior
  • Resources Management
Job Responsibilities

Candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses, advise and mentor students, supervise MS and PhD thesis/dissertations, and develop a funded research program appropriate to their field of specialization. The successful candidate should demonstrate a strong commitment to quality education and student interaction.

Qualifications

Applicants must have earned a Ph.D. from a reputable institution, a strong record of published research, experience supervising graduate research, relevant teaching experience at the university level, and teaching and/or industrial experience in the respective areas.
