الوصف الوظيفي:

The Senior Compliance Consultant is responsible for assessing, developing, and enhancing compliance, governance, and risk management frameworks to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices. The role focuses on evaluating the current state of compliance practices and supporting organizations in establishing sustainable compliance and business continuity frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the current state of compliance, governance, risk management, and business continuity practices.
• Develop compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Design and implement compliance operating models and monitoring mechanisms.
• Provide advisory support on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and governance matters.
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions and improvement plans.
• Support organizations in implementing compliance initiatives and ensuring ongoing adherence.
• Prepare compliance reports, assessments, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory developments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance, governance, risk management, or advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and governance best practices.
• Experience working with government entities or regulated organizations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications in compliance, risk, or governance are an advantage.
