Client Success & Growth Manager الموقع: Riyadh, المملكة العربية السعودية. We are passionate about fostering authentic connections and delivering measurable results for our clients and are streamlining campaign management with data-driven, transparent solutions. About the Role: Kliq is looking for a high-performing Client Success & Growth Manager to join our team in Riyadh. We are focused on scaling our brand partners within the influencer marketing landscape. This is a revenue-driving role. You will be responsible for the entire post-sales lifecycle, ensuring our brands not only stay with Kliq but grow their investment through consistent campaign activity and strategic upgrades. Key Revenue & Growth Responsibilities Revenue Generation: Directly drive الشركة revenue by proactively activating brand campaigns and ensuring consistent platform usage. Campaign Upselling & Expansion: Analyze performance data to pitch and secure higher-budget campaign series that align with client marketing goals. Subscription Retention & Renewal: Manage the end-to-end renewal process for monthly and annual subscriptions, ensuring a Net Retention Rate (NRR) above 100%. Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to move brands into higher service tiers or new influencer niches. Rapid Activation Framework: Move brands from onboarding to live campaigns swiftly, maximizing time-to-revenue. Account Vitality Tracking: Identify churn risk and implement recovery plans to retain and secure revenue from at-risk accounts. Local Market Execution: Schedule and lead frequent in-person meetings with brands across Riyadh to foster deeper strategic partnerships. Face-to-face engagement is critical for building the high-level trust necessary to negotiate larger contracts and secure renewals. Qualifications & Requirements Language Skills: Must be a fluent Arabic speaker with outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication or a related field. Experience: Proven track record in account management, customer success, or sales. Previous experience working with a similar influencer marketing platform or a marketing agency is required. Strategic Thinking: Ability to uncover growth opportunities and address challenges unique to المملكة العربية السعودية's business environment. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite. Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a personal car to facilitate regular in-person client visits across Riyadh.
