الوصف الوظيفي:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CCTV/ACS Engineer who can handle the installation, configuration, commissioning, integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and ACS systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of CCTV and ACS systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, maintain, and test CCTV and ACS systems following blueprints and adhering to safety regulations.
• Configure and program CCTV cameras and access control devices.
• Conduct system testing and commissioning to ensure functionality.
• Troubleshoot and repair CCTV and ACS system malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations and service calls.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, wiring diagrams, and integration protocols.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CCTV and ACS systems, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CCTV and ACS technology and industry best practices, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Train end-users and project teams on the operation and maintenance of CCTV and ACS systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in configuring, commissioning, and integrating CCTV and ACS systems.
• Strong understanding of CCTV and ACS technology, including cameras, recorders, access control panels, and readers.
• Knowledge of low voltage wiring and network cabling.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electronic systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Must be located in المملكة العربية السعودية and able to start immediately.
