Bring your energy to Aggreko as Sector Sales Specialist – Petrochemical and Refining based in Dammam. As a Sector Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the sales and marketing strategy to deliver growth for your sector. The Sector Sales Specialist role is a key role in the Aggreko business.

What you’ll do as Sector Sales Specialist – Petrochemical and Refining
  • Target, develop and acquire customers within your sales plan
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs
  • Ensure non‑rental costs (fuel, freight, rehire) are appropriately priced
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Follow Aggreko’s sector sales excellence process and all CRM and CPQ processes (Salesforce)
  • Meet minimum sales activity requirements and maintain CRM & CPQ compliance
  • Monitor and analyze key account related legislation and potential impacts
  • Propose fleet and services developments to meet customer and legislative needs
You are:
  • Commercially astute technical sales professional with significant experience
  • Experienced in selling or renting capital equipment, or in solution selling of technical/engineering solutions or services
  • Holder of a degree in sales, chemical, mechanical engineering, or a technical discipline, or with a minimum of 5 years of successful high‑level sales experience in the industrial services environment
  • Dedication and commitment to achieving objectives
  • Target‑driven and results‑oriented with a track record of consistently exceeding sales and activity KPI targets
  • Valid driving licence holder
  • Good ability to read, write and speak English; knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage
