Black & Grey HR is partnering with a well-established retail group in المملكة العربية السعودية to recruit a results-driven Category Manager for their supermarket division. This strategic role is your chance to shape product categories, unlock new revenue streams, and drive profitable growth in a highly competitive FMCG market. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze market data to identify industry and consumer trends, leveraging insights to drive category growth.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with direct distributors and wholesalers to optimize product offerings.
• Develop annual budgets and sales targets for each category, ensuring profitability and alignment with business objectives.
• Implement business plans to achieve strategic goals, overseeing pricing strategies and margin maintenance.
• Monitor and optimize category performance, implementing exit strategies for underperforming products.
• Build strong vendor relationships to negotiate favorable pricing and ensure quality service delivery.
• Manage inventory levels and product availability to meet customer demand and maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
