A Business Development A Business
Development is a key player in driving the
growth and success of an organization. They are responsible for
identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships
with potential clients, and expanding the companys market
presence. This role also involves project management, marketing,
business strategy, and operations, translating the companys
vision into concrete action plans.
*Roles and Responsibilities of Business Development1. Prospecting Opportunities: actively seek potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
Conducts market research, analyzes industry trends, and identifies markets to pursue.
2.Building and Maintaining Client/Partner Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with clients and partners through strategic networking and attending events to expand TARTEEBs database.
3. Sales/ Revenue Generation: part of the responsibility is to drive sales and generate revenue for the company.
4. Developing and Implementing Business Development Strategies: Create and execute business development plans aligned with TARTEEB goals, focusing on penetrating new markets and exploring partnerships to expand the companys reach.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with marketing, design, and events teams to support projects and business development initiatives,
*Roles and Responsibilities of Business Development
1. Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the customer service team and provide necessary guidance.
2. Project Traffic Control: Oversee the departments workload for all TARTEEBs projects, balancing tasks and managing the creative workflow platform, including report generation and project component administration.
3. Marketing: Prepares and maintains all companys marketing assets and contents making sure all are updated and readily available for the companys use.
4. Expansion Activities: Participate in expansion initiatives, such as investments, acquisitions, and partnership alliances, and manage relationships with international partners/vendors.
5. Reporting: Report and collaborate directly with the General Manager.

*Pipeline Management KPIs1. Lead Generation:
Minimum of three (3) potential customers or prospects within a month.
2. Conversation Rate: At least one (1) successfully converted lead or prospect to a paying client per month.
3. Average Sales Length: Will be based on (WIP) Weekly Internal Report to be generated by BDM.
4. Tender Proposals: Number of successful tenders submitted together with the Project Manager.

Tracking the number of repeat clients.
Maintain the client retention
1. Customer Satisfaction Score
Based on surveys, ratings, and feedback conducted with the client.
2. Average Response Time
Promptness and quickness of Business Development response to customer inquiries or issues.
3. Up Selling/Cross-selling Opportunities
Ability to generate additional revenue
Selling higher-value services to existing clients
Introducing complementary offerings

1. New Market Penetration
Success in entering and establishing a presence in previously untapped markets.
2. Strategic Partnership Development
The number of partnerships gained with other organizations to drive mutual growth and
create synergies. (These partnerships can take various forms, such as joint ventures,
alliances, or collaborations)
