The Business Development Executive ANDT/ILI Services is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding market presence in Advanced NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and Inline Inspection (ILI/Pigging) services. This role focuses on achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies, technical solution selling, and strong coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery across key industry sectors.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Advanced NDT and ILI/Pigging Inspection services
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the الشركة’s customer base across Oil & Gas, downstream (petrochemicals and refineries), and power sectors
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer retention and generate repeat business
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote services such as DTI (Difficult to Inspect Pipelines), IWEX (Internal Wall Examination), AUT (Automated Ultrasonic Testing), and other advanced inspection technologies
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate detailed technical proposals, commercial quotations, and service offerings tailored to client requirements
  • Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate project scoping, efficient execution, and high-quality service delivery
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline status, market conditions, and competitor analysis to senior management
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote الشركة services and strengthen professional networks
  • Drive cross-selling initiatives to introduce complementary inspection solutions across existing and new client accounts
  • Identify opportunities within ongoing projects to expand service scope, increase client engagement, and maximize revenue generation
  • Ensure alignment of business development activities with organizational goals and market strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activities using CRM tools where applicable
Mandatory Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering and/or MBA
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in business development, preferably in Advanced NDT and ILI/Pigging Inspection Services
  • Proven track record in selling technical services or complex engineering solutions
  • Strong understanding of ANDT technologies and pipeline inspection services
  • Experience working with clients in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, refinery, or power sectors
