Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and align with technical team to define the technical specification to meet the expected outcome
• Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures.
• Participate in root cause analysis to recommend enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve usability and/or functionality
• Act as an advocate for clients by submitting new requests to the internal Product Management team(s) to support continuous product evolution and enhancement
• Follows the standard system development lifecycle and ensure other adhere to the standards
• Create new and/or modify existing programs to implement selected solutions.
• Ability to write technical reports to ensure processes performed are appropriately recorded.
• Liaises with end users and provide system feasibility report and specifications for automation.
• Partner with data development teams to improve data assets, quality, metrics and insights
• Analyze projects and provide directions and solutions.
• Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner.
• Performs all other related duties as required or assigned.
