Responsibilities

  • Develop the assigned audit plan including scope and objectives of the audit, and audit procedures.
  • Carry out tests, evaluate the results and draw conclusions, discuss with the team leader.
  • Draft audit recommendations and write audit memos.
  • Draft the audit report and obtain feedback from the team leader.
  • Follow up on implementation of corrective actions.
  • Conduct special assignments as may be assigned by the Chief Audit Executive.
  • Provide personalized coordinated care, and support for staff and families.
  • Treat people with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-5 years internal audit experience in a relevant sector (Professional Experience).
  • SPECIALIZED SKILLS: Audit techniques (work programs, tests, sampling, documentation, reports); Excellent written and oral communication skills; Excellent knowledge of financial business operations and risk-based auditing.
Competence
  • Manage and oversee team performance through performance planning, coaching and performance appraisals.
  • Motivate and inspire the team by providing them with the information and tools they need to do their وظائف well.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the team to ensure they develop the skills and competencies required for effective planning and individual professional and personal career growth.
