Area Sales & Marketing Director

The Director is responsible for leading and driving the sales and marketing strategy across the area to achieve revenue growth and business objectives. This role focuses on developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, leading the sales team, and expanding market presence. The Director ensures strong commercial performance by delivering sales targets, building strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Experience
  • 20+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles.
  • Strong experience in sales leadership within a complex environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and targets.
  • Experience working with both public and private sector clients.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
  • Leadership and Strategy: Strong leadership skills with ability to drive business growth; ability to manage teams in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Commercial and Business Development: Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive revenue and market expansion; experience in client relationship and key account management.
  • Sales Operations: Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and analytics; ability to track performance and drive data-based decisions.
