Apt Resources is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Arabic-speaking Human Resources Officer to join our client's team a prestigious multinational client in the Power sector in Riyadh. This role is crucial in supporting the HR function across various campuses and ensuring compliance with local labor laws while promoting a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
• Handle recruitment processes by sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in alignment with the الشركة's needs.
• Manage employee onboarding programs and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Support employee relations efforts, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations in the region to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational companies or the power sector.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the region.
• Experience with HR software and personnel management systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in HR-related fields (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
