Responsibilities

• Manage & lead day-to-day functions and activities across the department, including people management and operational subjects.
• Assist in the overall business unit performance driving SLAs, adherence to business unit metrics and so on.
• Drive innovation and efficiencies of business opportunities, applying process improvements and/or new systems.
• Coach and develop employee teams, address people matters, and identify development needs.
• Act as the day-to-day operations client contact to resolve systems issues and provide feedback to clients on quality and workload issues.
• Generate reports on performance measurement and KPIs to facilitate business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.
• Maintain and execute the business continuity plan (BCP) as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in operations, delivery, or project management.
