We are seeking an experiencedIT Recruiter (Arabic Speaker)to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background intechnical hiring, excellent communication skills inArabic and English, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers to deliver top technology talent across the organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

• Source, identify, and engage top IT and technical talent across the region.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for roles such as DevOps, SRE, Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, QA, Cybersecurity, Data roles, and IT Support.
• Conduct structured interviews (technical and behavioral) in Arabic and English .
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring criteria.
• Provide market insights, hiring recommendations, and weekly updates on pipelines and timelines.
• Support headcount planning and recruitment strategy alignment with HR and leadership.

Sourcing & Employer Branding

• Utilize various sourcing channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent pools, networking, and social platforms.
• Promote the الشركة's employer brand and ensure a strong presence in the local tech community.

Candidate Experience & Process Excellence

• Ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional recruitment process end‑to‑end.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS/HR systems and follow all compliance and hiring policies.
• Coordinate interviews, technical tests, and assessments with internal teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• 4–7 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and hiring challenges in the IT domain.
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring for roles such as:
• DevOps / SRE
• Backend/Frontend Developers
• Cloud Engineers (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Cybersecurity Engineers
• QA Automation
• Data Engineers / Analysts
• Experience using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms .
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to handle multiple requisitions.

Preferred

• Experience hiring in UAE/GCC markets .
• Background in agency and in‑house recruitment (mixed experience is a plus).
• Understanding of HR practices, labor market trends, and visa processes in the UAE.
