Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located in Riyadh, المملكة العربية السعودية. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales to achieve targets. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, promoting products, offering recommendations, managing sales processes, and contributing to customer satisfaction. The role may also involve supporting team members through sales trainings and assisting with operational duties as needed.

Qualifications
  • Effective communication and strong customer service skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs
  • Solid sales experience with the ability to promote products, meet or exceed sales targets, and build positive customer relationships
  • Sales management and training skills to guide and support team members in achieving sales objectives
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, المملكة العربية السعودية
  • Prior experience in the coffee or hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
