Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services by maintaining quality standards and overseeing the implementation of quality control processes across projects.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Provides Quality Systems support using the ISO 9001 Standard as the basis for process development and optimization, procedure development, data collection and reporting and Quality Systems training. Interfacing at senior and executive levels with regard to ISO 9000 process improvement and reengineering.

• Provides outreach oversight and provides coaching and guidance to the quality program activities concerning day to day performance of the work scope.

• Facilitates forming partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations on the program.

• Responsible for oversight of all quality among assigned project or function.

• Responsible for working closely with delivery partners for integrated quality with all key stakeholders, including authorising authorities and any/all interested parties.

• Reports quality issues to the Quality Manager and develops appropriate recommendations/resolutions/mitigations as necessary.

• Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments.

• Interviews and selects personnel for assignment as required.

• Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals; provides training and development; completes performance evaluations, conducts employee counselling, takes corrective action as necessary.

• Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.

• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills Youll Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within construction or engineering projects.

What Desired Skills Youll Bring:

• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
