Position: Chef / Cook

Focus Area: Hot Kitchen

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.

2. Execute and maintain recipes, including those developed by consultant chefs.

3. Develop and train the kitchen team on preparation techniques.

4. Ensure proper presentation and packaging for delivery orders (critical for our brand).

5. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with kitchen safety standards.

Requirements:

1. Experience:

  • Strong hot kitchen expertise .
  • Familiarity with cold kitchen tasks
  • Prior experience in role within a kitchen .
