Service Coordinator (Heavy Equipment Maintenance)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Service Coordinator with expertise in heavy equipment maintenance roles to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This position focuses on coordinating and managing service-related activities for heavy equipment maintenance, ensuring smooth operations and efficient scheduling. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machine models, spare parts, and service procedures, coupled with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage service-related activities for heavy equipment maintenance.
• Prepare quotations, maintain service department files (service reports, overtime sheets, machine damage reports, etc.), and ensure proper documentation.
• Liaise with service supervisors to schedule service visits efficiently.
• Work closely with load companies, such as TUV, to organize load tests for machines.
• Conduct periodic spare parts inventory checks and maintain accurate records in coordination with the service department.
• Ensure timely communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support maintenance operations.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• A Bachelors or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Automotive Engineering, or any relevant field.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and service coordination.
• In-depth knowledge of machine models, spare parts, and serviceable items.
• Strong understanding of service procedures and equipment maintenance practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare detailed quotations and manage service-related documentation.
• Experience liaising with load companies and coordinating load tests is preferred.
• Proficiency in maintaining spare parts inventory records and conducting periodic checks.
• A valid visa and work permit for employment in Saudi Arabia are mandatory.
