RFQ generation, RFQ evaluation, Customer portal monitoring, Responding to RFQs, attending Job Ex meetings, conducting & co ordinating Site surveys, Preparing RFQ for sub-suppliers and sub-contractors, Generating and Responding to TBCs on either side ( Customer & Suppliers), Document management, Preparing BOQ from Drawings for E&I services and materials, Preparing preliminary schedules, Organization charts, responsibility matrix, Preparing and ensuring compliance with the proposal checklist, preparing and securing approval of pricing sheets and GM sheets as per the company procedures and authorization rules, Submitting the proposals in customer portals and/or bid boxes, Follow up the proposals and secure orders, preparing revisions and negotiation strategies, coordinating with company legal and head office sales in charges for commercial T&Cs, Completing the contract signature in compliance with the legal requirements, Co ordinating the order entry procedures internally within the company and regional support departments, Managing the quotation summary for preparing the forecast and budgeting, Managing the CRM/ Yoda for third party opportunities, Generating accurate weekly, monthly reports, assisting the Dept manager in Preparing the quarterly, half yearly and yearly business presentation for management Yokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
