Marketing & Proposal Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal and Presentation Specialist to oversee the production and development of company proposals, CVs, presentations, and company profiles. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that our proposals are polished, professional, and accurately reflect the companys capabilities.

Key Responsibilities: (Not limited too).

• Proposal Production: Manage the end-to-end process of creating proposals, including drafting, editing, and finalizing content that aligns with client requirements and company standards.
• CV Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of updated CVs for key team members, ensuring they highlight relevant skills and experiences.
• Presentation Development: Design and produce compelling presentations that effectively communicate the companys strengths, solutions, and value propositions to clients and stakeholders.
• Company Profile Development: Continuously update and enhance the company profile to reflect the latest company achievements, services, and market positioning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, business development….) to gather information and ensure that proposals, presentations, and profiles meet strategic objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Review all content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to branding and company guidelines.
• Deadline Management: Ensure timely delivery of proposals, presentations, and profiles, managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of best practices for proposal and presentation creation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

· Attend meetings with the business development departments and write minutes of meetings.

· Maintain organized records and documentation.

· Handle communication with vendors as required.

· Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, or other business documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in proposal writing, presentation design, or related roles.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. ( Arabic & English)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and proposal management, Indesign , Illustrator software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
