WSP is looking for an Architectural Engineer for an Entertainment and Tourism Mega Project based in the Southwest of Riyadh.

• Ensure that construction activities align with the approved architectural and engineering designs.
• Oversee the implementation of structural and architectural details, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
• Monitor the structural aspects of construction to ensure the integrity and stability of the built environment.
• Collaborate with structural engineers to address any structural concerns during construction.
• Participate in the selection of construction materials and systems, considering both structural and architectural requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of materials to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
• Work closely with architects and other design professionals to address any design-related issues that may arise during construction.
• Provide input on construction details to ensure they align with the overall design intent.
• Review and update construction documentation, including drawings and specifications, to reflect any changes or modifications made during construction.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings for future reference.

• Degree in Architecture. With over 5+ years working experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably with a recognized architectural consultant
• Previous experience of working as a site based architect. Essentially having detailed knowledge of post contract supervision role and responsibilities related to review of contractors shop drawings, submittals and site inspection procedures
• Knowledge of Autocad, Revit, Navisworks, BIM etc.
• Experience of working on commercial / residential high rise / tall tower building projects
• People managing skill, with excellent written and verbal skills. Able to build excellent client relations through communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills
• Saudi Arabian ID
