Project Lead

Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Lead to oversee and manage critical projects while serving as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects, fostering collaboration, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Oversight: Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

· Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring satisfaction.

· Team Collaboration: Coordinate and align with internal teams to ensure clarity in project objectives, deliverables, and deadlines.

· Operational Support: Assist in internal company operations and administrative tasks to support overall efficiency.

· RFP and SOW Management: Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and manage Scope of Work (SOWs) to ensure compliance and accuracy.

· Timeline Creation: Develop detailed project timelines, track milestones, and ensure all team members stay on schedule.

· Reporting: Produce comprehensive project and company reports, providing insights and updates to stakeholders.

· Budget and Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, conduct financial reviews, and ensure cost control.

· Presentations and Submissions: Lead the preparation and delivery of high-quality presentations and project submissions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

· Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and team members effectively.

· Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.

· Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with project management tools (e.g., Zoho, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).

· PMP Certificate
