Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Technology Architect with 16 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Solution Design & Architecture SuccessFactors modules and Business Process Modelling. The role requires domain experience in Finance & Accounting and the Automotive Industry. This is a work-from-office position with day shifts and may require travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive technology solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of SuccessFactors modules including BizX Mobile ContPerfMgmt PerfCalligration Perf360 Degree CareerWorksheet Succession & Dev Perf & Goals and Employ Central.
  • Provide expert guidance on Business Process Modelling to optimize and streamline business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions across various business units.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the scalability performance and security of technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation and standards.
  • Mentor and support junior architects and technical staff.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines deliverables and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of technology solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Solution Design & Architecture.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SuccessFactors modules including BizX Mobile ContPerfMgmt PerfCalligration Perf360 Degree CareerWorksheet Succession & Dev Perf & Goals and Employ Central.
  • Exhibit strong skills in Business Process Modelling.
  • Have domain expertise in Finance & Accounting and the Automotive Industry.
  • Showcase excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Hold a relevant certification in SuccessFactors or related technologies.

Certifications Required

Certified SuccessFactors Professional TOGAF Certification
