Were looking for a skilled and passionate Bike Technician to join our team and help us maintain and repair bicycles, ensuring our customers have the best cycling experience possible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect and Diagnose Issues: Assess bicycles to identify mechanical or technical issues.
• Repair and Maintenance: Perform tune-ups, repairs, and regular maintenance on a wide range of bicycles, including e-bikes and mountain bikes.
• Assembly: Assemble new bicycles according to manufacturer specifications.
• Custom Adjustments: Adjust bike components to fit customers needs, such as handlebars, brakes, and gears.
• Customer Service: Communicate with customers to explain repairs, provide estimates, and offer advice on proper bike care.
• Inventory Management: Track parts and supplies, ensuring the repair area is well-stocked.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and test bicycles before returning them to customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bike Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of bicycle repair techniques.
• Familiarity with a variety of bike types, including road, mountain, hybrid, and e-bikes.
• Ability to use specialized tools for repairs and maintenance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in bike repair or mechanics (e.g., Barnett Bicycle Institute or equivalent).
• Knowledge of electronic shifting systems and e-bike components.
• Passion for cycling and the biking community.
