Advanced Formwork Co. Ltd (Doka) is looking for a Senior Engineer who will be responsible to manage and oversee engineering projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for managing multiple projects and engineering teams together with Junior PT
• Provide strong leadership and actively promote knowledge sharing and engineering trainings/development for project team
• Analyse structural drawings given by clients
• Implement formwork solutions as per complex project requirements
• Special formwork design in AutoCAD
• Create formwork design for customer presentations
• Propose the most economical and best technical solution
• Conduct advanced static calculations and advanced structural analysis
• Produce material list, offer drawings and shop drawings
• Assist Sales Engineers with site visits and client presentation
• Coordinate the timely delivery of shop drawings as per instructions
• Coordinate with clients for technical issues
• Coordination with other involved departments
• Consideration of availability of material in the design stage

• Technical/Civil Engineering Qualification
• Auto CAD and formwork knowledge
• At least 5 years of intensive experience and expert knowledge in formwork engineering (and statics)
• Solid communication skills in English
• Team player with attention to detail and a feel for economic matters
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage a project and its internal and external stakeholders
• Thorough project management experience and knowledge
• Ability to make decisions, take responsibility, delegate and deliver presentations
• Eager to learn and improve knowledge and skills
• Shows adaptability, is open to change and able to manage it
• Thorough understanding of our business model and cross-functional collaboration
• Understanding of logistics and contract management
