We are currently seeking passionate, service-oriented, and dynamic
Waiters, Waitresses, Bartenders, and Baristas
to become part of a renowned luxury 5-star hotel property. In this role, you will contribute to creating refined and memorable dining experiences, delivering exceptional food and beverage service across various outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage guests professionally, presenting menus and highlighting daily specials

• Take precise food and beverage orders and ensure smooth, timely service

• Demonstrate strong product knowledge of dishes, ingredients, preparation styles, and beverage menus

• Craft and serve beverages according to luxury brand standards (Bartender and Barista المنصبs)

• Address guest requests and feedback promptly with professionalism and courtesy

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of dining areas, bar counters, and service stations

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures in line with hotel policies

• Coordinate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service flow

• Prepare and reset tables or bar setups in accordance with operational standards

• Consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences aligned with 5-star service expectations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of solid experience in a similar role within luxury 5-star hotel or resort environments (mandatory)

• Demonstrated career consistency within reputable hospitality brands

• Experience in fine-dining restaurants, high-end lounges, or specialty coffee outlets

• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality setting

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence

• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
