Support the execution of People and Culture initiatives across Total Rewards, Learning, Talent Management, and Performance by coordinating programs, managing data, and assisting in process implementation. This role contributes to the effective delivery of People and Culture services, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and fostering employee engagement and development
Key Accountabilities Description
- Assist in the design and administration of compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure alignment with industry standards and الشركة policies.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and gather market intelligence to support competitive total rewards offerings.
- Coordinate the delivery of learning initiatives, including maintaining a training calendar, managing enrollments, and facilitating feedback collection for continuous program improvement.
- Maintain and update employee training records, ensuring compliance with development objectives and organizational requirements.
- Support the execution of talent management processes, including preparing materials for talent reviews, maintaining succession plans, and tracking high potential employees' progress.
- Administer performance management tools, providing guidance to employees and managers on goal setting, performance reviews, and continuous feedback.
- Implement data related to Total Rewards, Learning, Talent Management, and Performance, ensuring accuracy and integrity in HR systems.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations across compensation, benefits, and performance processes and SAMA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support special projects and initiatives within the Center of Excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
EXPERIENCE
- Assistant Manager/Team Leader 4-6 years in human resources or relevant fields.
