About the job Telecom Systems specialist Engineer

We are looking for Telecom Systems spec ialist Engineer. 'Saudi National' Engineers shall have five (5) years of valid Telecom system computer network experience and project implementation work, including at least four (4) years as an Engineer responsible/in-charge of technical work in Telecom system and computer network after getting a Certificate, preferably associated with Telecom & WAN systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement Site Survey Schedule for all الموقعs {S/S, CC, TNCC, Shelters, CSO, …) for Four Main Activities as per paragraph 1.5 Project Scope in Brief {but not Limit}:
  • Preventive Maintenance schedule and high response during Emergency or Critical maintenance activity for troubleshooting, Alarms and fault clearance.
  • Coordinate with Manufacture/Vendors assigned Engineer for Technical Support, Troubleshooting Processes, Trouble analysis, solutions and clearness, Recommended Routine Maintenance Procedures, Spare Parts plan & Test Equipment.
  • Alternative data route for Different Levels i.e. 64kbps/2Mbps/STM/Links.
  • Synchronization Signal Review to be fixed.
  • Integrate the Telecom Node with NMS Local/Regional/National TNCC.
  • On-site/OJT Exercise and practice session.
  • Database Collection (Materials List/inventory/Test result if required/layout).
  • Submit and conduct complete Maintenance On-site/OJT Exercise and practice session for SEC-NG Engineers and Technicians to enhance the professional skills for Specified Telecom system.
  • Plan, schedules and coordinates preparation of designs, related data and correspondence to meet the objectives of all phases of complex engineering programs, and recommend for Spare Parts of telecom system and Test Equipment for Maintenance activities.
  • Formulates the design basis by collecting and analyzing information and data related to the operating requirements, economic considerations and such other pertinent factors which relate to the new constructions, modifications or maintenance of equipment, systems and facilities.
  • Estimate the cost of complex Telecom system and associated network spare and materials based on analysis of preliminary design data and prepares the expenditure request and justification, Study {SPOF} Single point of failure and element integration with TNCC NMS Telecom system.
  • Develop material and equipment specifications on assigned projects and resolves related engineering problems based on accepted engineering principles, codes and standards. Review the work performed by الشركة’s Anmats for conformance with الشركة’s standards and requirements.
  • Establishes and reviews standards and procedures on Telecom system network safety and security requirements within each area of responsibility, alternative route, Synchronization Signal Review to be fixed, Node integration and {SPOF}, Data Collection and confirmation and all required practice exercise with SEC-NG Telecom Staff.
  • Coordinates with Other الشركة Departments in the provision of drafting, surveying and materials list for the projects, and reviews accuracy of work by others upon completion of task.
  • Conduct surveys and studies and recommends appropriate site الموقعs for proposed installations and facilities.
  • Perform a variety of related work, such as initiating reports, correspondence and cable messages relative to assigned projects, interpreting the meaning and application of codes and standards, and reviewing operating procedures and other instructional guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree.
  • Experience 5 to 7 Years and out of work for more than 3 months.
  • Must have IT background.
  • Specialist have to cover these technologies: (Coriant-Nokia-Huwaei-Juniper-Motorolla-ABB-GE-Alcatel/Dpabx-Semines-NEC-OTN-CIENA-Alstom-VSAT)
  • Must be Saudi National.
  • Preferably Male.
  • Must be based in Riyadh, المملكة العربية السعودية.
