Overview:A Tele Sales Executive is responsible for selling products or services over the phone. They engage with potential and existing customers to generate sales, build customer relationships, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads and close sales deals effectively.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field (optional).
