Job Title: Branch Manager - Automotive Accessories
Location: Riyadh
Job Type: Full-time Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our automotive accessories store/branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or wholesale automotive sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer service and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Branch Operations:
- Oversee all day-to-day activities of the branch, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and logistics.
- Ensure the branch operates efficiently and meets established targets and KPIs.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Sales & Customer Service:
- Drive sales by developing strategies to increase walk-in and B2B customer engagement.
- Support and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage branch staff, including sales associates, warehouse staff, and technicians.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive team environment and promote company values.
- Inventory & Product Management:
- Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of high-demand automotive accessories.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely restocking and new product launches.
- Monitor product trends and make recommendations on product mix and merchandising.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage branch budgets, forecasts, and reports.
- Monitor and control branch expenses to maximize profitability.
- Analyze financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Marketing & Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team on local promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Identify local market trends and opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in branch/store management, preferably in the automotive accessories industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and vehicle systems.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make data-driven decisions.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive retail or related field with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
