Job Title: Branch Manager - Automotive Accessories

Job Type: Full-time Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our automotive accessories store/branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or wholesale automotive sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer service and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Operations:
• Oversee all day-to-day activities of the branch, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and logistics.
• Ensure the branch operates efficiently and meets established targets and KPIs.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Sales & Customer Service:
• Drive sales by developing strategies to increase walk-in and B2B customer engagement.
• Support and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and manage branch staff, including sales associates, warehouse staff, and technicians.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Foster a positive team environment and promote company values.
• Inventory & Product Management:
• Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of high-demand automotive accessories.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely restocking and new product launches.
• Monitor product trends and make recommendations on product mix and merchandising.
• Financial Management:
• Prepare and manage branch budgets, forecasts, and reports.
• Monitor and control branch expenses to maximize profitability.
• Analyze financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Marketing & Promotion:
• Collaborate with the marketing team on local promotions, events, and campaigns.
• Identify local market trends and opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in branch/store management, preferably in the automotive accessories industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and vehicle systems.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make data-driven decisions.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in automotive retail or related field with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
