•Compensation:SAR 30,000 to 40,000 fixed per month + uncapped commission

Ameera Talent Solutions is supporting a well-established, high-growthenterprise platform consultancyas it strengthens its commercial leadership across المملكة العربية السعودية.

We are hiringtwo separate Sales Director rolesfor the same organisation, each with a distinct regional and sector focus.

These aresenior, quota-carrying leadership rolesdesigned for proven enterprise sellers who operate confidently at C-suite and government level.

Role 1: Sales Director – Riyadh

Base:Riyadh

Market Focus:Enterprise and government accounts across KSA

This role owns enterprise growth across Riyadh and wider المملكة العربية السعودية. You will lead complex, high-value sales cycles with senior decision-makers across government, semi-government, and large private-sector organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of enterprise accounts and revenue across Riyadh and KSA
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder platform sales engagements
• Engage directly with CIOs, CTOs, and executive leadership
• Build and convert a strong enterprise pipeline

Role 2: Technology Sales Director – Dammam

Base:Dammam

Market Focus:Oil and gas enterprise accounts across the Eastern Province and MENA

This role is focused on the energy sector and requires an established footprint in oil and gas.

Key Responsibilities

• Own oil and gas enterprise accounts across Dammam, Eastern Province, and wider MENA
• Leverage existing sector relationships to drive pipeline and revenue
• Lead long-cycle, high-value enterprise platform deals
• Navigate complex, regulated environments with confidence
• Act as a senior commercial representative in the energy market

What We Are Looking For

This isnota development role.

• Proven enterprise sales leader within ServiceNow strongly preferred
• Senior SaaS or enterprise technology platform backgrounds also considered
• For the Dammam role: oil and gas sales experience is essential
• Strong Saudi or regional market footprint
• Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value, long-cycle deals
• Executive presence and commercial maturity
• Arabic speaking preferred
• Saudi nationals are the priority
• Exceptional non-Saudi candidates with deep KSA experience will be considered

Compensation & Structure

• Fixed monthly salary: SAR 30,000 to 40,000
• Uncapped commission with real upside
• Senior-level autonomy and ownership
• Long-term growth opportunity within a scaling organisation
