Our UHNW client, who is based in the Kingdom of المملكة العربية السعودية, is looking for an experienced Technical Supervisor.

The overall scope is to monitor the efficient and safe operation of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment essential to the day-to-day operation of a private estate. The role includes reporting on the state of repairs of buildings, plant, and machinery as part of a regular inspection routine, whilst supervising Technicians on site under the Chief Engineer's instructions.

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspections of buildings, services, and equipment.
• Report on repairs and maintenance requirements of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as carpentry, paintwork, general building, and landscaping.
• Monitor the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule on site.
• Ensure efficient completion of day-to-day departmental tasks.
• Offer guidance and training to less experienced team members and organise staff to ensure knowledge and skills are effectively transferred.
• Urgently respond to alarms and breakdowns, and coordinate required remedial actions, which may include firefighting, emergency shutdowns, or personnel evacuation.
• Working closely with the Chief Engineer to implement repairs and maintenance, and prioritise resources to ensure all buildings, services, machinery, vehicles, and associated equipment remain in optimum operational condition.
• Support the Chief Engineer with inspection reports and checklists.
• Monitor contractors and service providers on site and report any issues.

Education requirements : Bachelor, Diploma, High School | Minimum 2-4 years of experience on the same or similar role
Salary : 8,925 SAR – 12,750 SAR
Working days : 6 days a week
Annual Leave : 30 Days of Vacation/Annum
Accommodation : Single Room in a Shared Villa
Working hours : 48 Hours a Week
Medical Insurance
Annual Flight Allowance – SAR 5,000 | Paid on Anniversary
Duty Meals : Provided
Uniform : Provided
