Job Title: Technical Lead - Data Quality Project
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical execution of a Data Quality project from requirements gathering through design, implementation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with Data Governance, Data Engineering, and Business teams to define and implement data quality rules, standards, and KPIs.
- Design and build data quality pipelines using Informatica similar.
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems for data quality metrics and anomalies.
- Conduct data profiling and root cause analysis on data issues; recommend long-term solutions.
- Own the architecture of data quality tooling and integration into existing Enterprise DWH.
- Mentor junior data engineers and quality analysts on best practices in data quality management.
- Report project progress to stakeholders and escalate risks as needed.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data management, or similar roles.
- 3+ years in a leadership or technical lead role.
- Strong experience with Informatica.
- Experience working with Enterprise DWH
- Deep understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data lineage.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
