Job Summary

Responsible for managing all activities related to getting contracts to execute maintenance activities in the Maintenance Department, including developing scopes of work, documentation, bidder selection, tendering, awarding, and contractor authorization to achieve world-class performance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop scopes of work for maintenance activities to be executed via contractors during normal operation of the refinery.
  • Develop evaluation criteria and preliminary cost estimations for contracts.
  • Coordinate and manage all activities related to preparing instructions to bidders, hosting kickoff meetings with contractors, and evaluating economical offers after technical offers have been evaluated by the contract responsible.
  • Ensure that الشركة HSSEQ policies/programs are implemented within the contracts developed and managed under the role.
  • Ensure that QA/QC requirements and KPIs are included in all maintenance contractors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in contracting.
  • Fluent in writing and reading English.
  • Good knowledge of SAP system.
  • Strong understanding of supervising and coordinating bidding processes for maintenance activities.
  • Strong understanding of contracts administration, cost control, and budgeting.
  • Good technical understanding of maintenance execution management.
  • Good technical understanding of people management.
  • Well organized and proactive.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills within large organizations.
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
  • Strategic thinking, open to new ideas.
  • Ability to achieve business results while working in a multi cultural environment.
