1. Knowledgeablewith material used in the evaluation program.

2. Ensures theavailability of materials used in the specialty evaluation program.

3. Monitors theevents within the evaluation process and advises aircrews and tracks correctiveactions with problem areas.

4. Assists in theaircrew evaluation process to assess their effectiveness in meeting theestablished objectives. Provides a method of presentation and uses of availableresources in recording and reporting.

5. Scheduleapproved ground tests and aircrew check rides and coordinates with othertesting currency requirements.

6. Advises Commandersof evaluation program and cycle events results and then recommends correctiveactions.

7. Coordinates andintegrates available training and operation resources.

8. Maintainliaison with operations and training work centers, using activities of aircrewevaluation procedural changes to achieve timely and accurate implementation.Requirements

1. Minimum of 10years' experience time in -flight operations/evaluation

2. Knowledge ofcounseling techniques

3. Knowledge ofprinciple and organization and personal management, understanding the purpose and use of evolutionprogram cycles, comprehend a unit's fight/ground evaluation publications, and the interface offlight records and management data between operations, training, and the aircrew.

4. Knowledge ofgeneral evaluation rules and polices.

5. Knowledge ofother specialized applications
