Role Overview

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Service Manager based in Riyadh. As a Service Manager you will be accountable for driving operational excellence throughout your responsible depot(s) and on-site activities, leading best-in-class service to our customer base. You will ensure maximum availability of our equipment, utilizing high quality maintenance procedures and financial acumen in line with Aggreko policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the depot service team to achieve forecasted goals and effectively manage P&L related responsibilities while implementing cost control measures within published guidelines and authority levels and providing power, temperature control and ancillaries to support KSA and other Middle Eastern regions as and when required.
• Active involvement and lead the management of CDH, GSCS, audits and PAV (physical asset verification) of the depot by carrying out regular inspections and support as applicable.
• Drive preset global operational directives and carry out monthly cost analysis in line with the depot’s target and set KPIs.
• Conduct induction, performance appraisal, development, and training of direct reports and provide technical support to clients and internal teams where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with Aggreko Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and local legislation, and ensure completion and validity of all minimum QHSE training and objectives required by the الشركة.

Qualifications

• Experience previously in rental business and at supervisory level.
• Higher education qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent, with extensive knowledge and experience in the mechanical or electrical field and/or power generation.
• Possession of a valid local driving license as required by the business and ability to travel as and when required.
• Fluent command of English language, spoken and written with effective communication.
• Good computer literacy and extensive experience using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read/write documentation, perform soft reporting and analysis.
• Capability to work independently and under own initiative.
• Quality oriented with attention to detail and capable of working to deadlines.
• Proficiency in team building, setting goals and/or KPI(s) for your team, with active monitoring and ensuring completion of all set goals.
