الوصف الوظيفي: The Senior UX/UI Lead – Citizen Experience Platforms will serve as a pivotal figure in the design and enhancement of user-centric digital solutions within our organization. Job Requirements: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing past engagements and relevant projects. Proven capability in conducting user research and usability testing to derive actionable insights for design improvements. Extensive experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools with a strong understanding of design systems and guidelines. Strong analytical skills to assess design performance metrics and user feedback, translating data into strategic design enhancements. In-depth knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles, ensuring compliance with ADA and WCAG standards. Ability to lead cross-functional teams through the design process, facilitating design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes across multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.). Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly to technical teams, stakeholders, and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing junior designers and promoting a user-centered design culture. Experience working in an agile environment, contributing to all phases of the product development lifecycle. Job Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of user-centric experiences for citizen-facing digital platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs. Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights that inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction. Develop and maintain design frameworks and guidelines to ensure consistency across all interactive platforms and prioritize user experience best practices. Collaborate closely with product management and development teams to integrate technical constraints and capabilities into design execution, ensuring feasibility and usability. Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative ideas and stakeholder input. Manage and oversee the design process from concept through implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and project milestones. Advocate for user-centered design practices within the organization, influencing stakeholders and decision-makers to prioritize the user experience in all initiatives. Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, applying this knowledge to continuously elevate design standards. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth within the design team. Evaluate and analyze existing designs and user interfaces, identifying areas for improvement and implementing design solutions that enhance functionality and engagement. Required Skills: Expertise in UX/UI design principles with a strong focus on user-centered design methodologies. Proficient in using design and prototyping tools including Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong analytical skills to interpret and utilize data to drive design strategies and performance improvements. Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and methodologies to diverse audiences. In-depth understanding of accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG) and experience implementing inclusive design practices. Proven leadership capabilities, with experience managing and mentoring design teams in a collaborative environment. Familiarity with agile methodologies and the process of integrating user feedback into iterative design cycles. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus to facilitate effective collaboration with development teams. Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest trends in UX/UI design and citizen experience platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality designs on time.
