About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of innovative software products. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive and visually compelling experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives. This role is ideal for a design professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about turning complex problems into simple, elegant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design processes from concept to delivery.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s design system, ensuring consistency across products.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally within the software or technology sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI design and user-centered solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of design systems, prototyping, and responsive design principles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
