Senior Graphic Designer – Events Management
Riyadh | Full-Time
&more is seeking a highly creative and strategically minded Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our visual standards across events, exhibitions, and experiential projects.
This role is ideal for a designer who understands how to build strong visual identities within live environments — from pitch-winning presentations to full-scale event branding systems.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of creative concepts and visual identities for events and experiential projects.
Design high-impact pitch decks, branding systems, event collaterals, and marketing materials.
Translate creative direction into refined layouts, key visuals, and presentation-ready designs.
Collaborate with 3D designers, production teams, and business development to ensure seamless concept execution.
Maintain brand consistency across multiple simultaneous projects.
Prepare final artwork for print production, fabrication, and digital use.
Contribute to internal creative development and raise overall design quality standards.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication is preferred.
5+ years of professional design experience (events or agency background preferred).
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, presentations, and large-format design work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling capabilities.
Ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environments.
Experience in preparing production-ready files is highly preferred.
