A Snapshot of Your Day As a Senior Communications Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic communications for Siemens Energy's Grid Technologies in the Middle East, targeting experienced professionals with a passion for energy transition and resilience. You will work on meaningful projects that shape the perception of our business, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with internal and external audiences. How You'll Make An Impact المنصب Siemens Energy's Grid Technologies as a leader in the Middle East through strategic thought leadership and storytelling. Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans tailored to the regional market, ensuring consistency across all channels. Support regional tradeshows and events with business-related content to enhance visibility and engagement. Elevate leadership and expert visibility through media placements, speaker opportunities, and social media campaigns. Provide strategic support for employer branding initiatives, highlighting success stories that demonstrate our impact on energy transition and grid resilience. Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent messaging and measure communication effectiveness using data-driven insights. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, with a strong foundation in strategic communication. Over 8 years of experience in corporate communications within a matrixed or global organization, preferably in energy or grid technology sectors. Proven track record as a communications advisor to senior leaders, demonstrating strategic thinking and influence. Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into engaging narratives. Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in driving impactful communication strategies.
