Senior C&C Mechanical Specialist

• Lead and oversee mechanical commissioning processes across project phases.
• Develop and execute commissioning plans, checklists, and performance tests.
• Review design documents, specifications, and submittals for compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Verify system performance, troubleshoot deficiencies, and ensure corrective actions.
• Prepare commissioning reports and handover documentation.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in mechanical system commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related systems.
• Familiarity with industry standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, LEED, etc.).
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
